I was pretty bored last night...so I tortured a little pumpkin. :smirk:
It was the first (and probably the last) time I carved a pumpkin... :lol:

here we go:
Kraken-time!! -- another pic of the little kraken
T_T One if it's arms is broken...*pets little kraken-thing*

and here you can see a pumpkin I havent' finished...

I love the detail in your carvings, especially the second one. Was that done with an ordinary knife? And the kraken looks really smooth, though under the candlelight it resembles an ice octopus more (which is still equally awesome) :italian:

Yeah...it really looks like an ice octopus :orly:
And I used tools like this (usually I carve stuff in loam...thats why I have those tools)

O_o I have a set of those tools that I use for sculpting, but it never occurred to me to use them for pumpkin carving! Now I know what to do next time xD;;
